About the Event
Join the MBCA Foundation for our traditional State of the City Address Luncheon, this year in the Seminole Ballroom at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, sponsored by AtlantiCare and Ocean First Bank.
Mayor Marty Small, Jr., will once again deliver a riveting address to inform about 1,000 attendees of what will become a reality in Atlantic City in 2024.
We are also honored to welcome guests speaker Jacquelyn A. Suarez, Acting Commissioner, Department of Community Affairs, who has also made a major difference for the betterment of our great city.
The seated luncheon will include soup; petite braised short rib with whipped potatoes, and roasted tomato and thyme winter vegetable ragout; and passion fruit meringue cake with blackberry coulis and lime zest pineapple salad, assorted fresh-baked rolls and flatbreads, coffee and gourmet teas.
The MBCA Foundation's new mission is the beautify Atlantic City to make it a better place to live, work and visit. We are constantly working on projects to achieve our new mission while also offering academic and community-based scholarships for undergraduate and graduate studies for the students across Atlantic County to empower students through career resources and scholarships. Participation in the MBCA program provides students with access to a cadre of scholarship opportunities from medicine, business, STEM, social impact initiatives, to the arts and more, along with our beautification projects.
